A Month of Health — Update

Well, week 1 is over.

I didn’t do everything I planned to do, however I lost 5 lbs so I definitely did something right. I also took my dress to the tailor to be altered and was happy with how I look, so as long as I can get tanner and a little more buff in the arms, I’m feeling pretty good!

1. Update Mint profile every day
(WEEK 1: May 9, May 10, May 11, May 12, May 13 — missed May 14/15)

2. Lose 15 lbs
(As of beginning of week 2: Lost 5 lbs – yay!)

3. 100 Pushups Challenge (3x per week)
(WEEK 1: May 9, May 12, May 15)

4. Gym (3x per week)
(May 10 — missed 2 days this week..)

5. Take a Multivitamin every day.
(WEEK 1: May 9, May 10, May 11, May 12, May 13 — missed weekend, forgot to bring bottle home)

6. 30 Day Shred
(WEEK 1 : May 9, May 10, May 15 — missed days because this was making an old injury hurt)

7. Update Weight Watchers every day
(WEEK 1: May 9, May 10, May 11 — was terrible at it this week but I lost 5 lbs so I must have done something right)

8. 4-5 Fruits or Vegetables every day
(May 9 – III ; May 10 – II, forgot to track the rest of this week d’oh!)

Hopefully this week goes better since I have a lot less going on – I’ve set my list to be my homepage at work as a reminder to stay on track and update my list every day. Here’s to week 2!
